Every package includes an entry to one of our events, downloadable bib, and premium shirt, but you won't know which event it is for until after you purchase it! What do I get with my order? This package includes a random VirtualRun.World race entry, premium shirt, and a downloadable bib.

How does the Mystery Box work? When you register, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. Your shirt will then be mailed right to your door! Your race will remain a surprise until you receive your shirt. Once you receive your shirt, please send us an email at info@virtualrun.world to receive your activation link and downloadable bib.

How do the shirts fit? We offer the option between a unisex and women's cut. Made from Primease tri-blend (cotton, polyester, and rayon), they are soft, breathable, and snag-resistant. Please see the Fit Guide for additional sizing information.

Will I get the same shirt  I have received before? Our team will do their very best not to duplicate any shirts for you whenever possible.

When can I submit results? Once you activate your race, you will be able to see the results submission window on the event page. Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time!

How do I submit results? Once you receive your shirt, please send us an email at info@virtualrun.world to receive your activation link. Think of this as your check-in at the Registration Tent before you head to the Start Line. You can use any app or device to track your run. You can submit results several ways, including by connecting directly to your Strava or manually entering your activities! 

Do I have to run? Absolutely not! This is your race and you get to complete it at your pace. Any self-propelled activity counts!

When will my order ship? This package is in stock and now shipping! You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped so that you know to keep your eyes peeled.
