International Nurses Day 5K - Entry + Medal
Nurses are the backbone of the medical institutions that we rely on every day. They are there day and night to support their patients. Then, they go home to support their own families. There will come a moment in each of our lives where we will rely on the kindness of a nurse. On May 12 each year, we celebrate these invaluable frontline workers with International Nurses Day! This past year has been especially trying, and we are honouring nurses everywhere with a 5k. Not all heroes wear capes; some wear scrubs.

Each event comes with a challenge entry, premium medal, and digital bibs.

After you register, you will receive an activation email. Think of this as your check-in at the Registration Tent before you head to the Start Line. You can use any app or device to track your run. You can submit results by connecting directly to your Strava, or manually entering your activities! Activities will start counting towards your challenge from the date you activate the challenge.

Absolutely not! This is your race and you get to complete it at your pace. When you submit results, you will be able to select what type of activity you used to complete the distance.
